The Moving Moments collection celebrates Lightning McQueen with a larger scale plastic vehicle that has facial expressions and mouth movement. No batteries are needed to see his expression change just shift the car from side to side on the ground to move his eyes and mouth just like in the movies.

Collect both Moving Moments Lightning McQueen and Mater (sold separately) to keep the storytelling fun going.
